Crafted from treated plywood (along with aluminum hinges) and a high-impact plastic frame, this reclining lounge seat features polyurethane foam padding covered with heavy duty 28 oz. marine grade vinyl which means this seat is mildrew resistant and can stand to the elements. Wise treats their boat seats with UV-protection to protect against fading. Wise stands by their quality standards and offers a 6 year warranty on the frame and a 3 year warranty on the upholstery.
