Premium Power Sports tries to stock most of the items we list and sell on our website. We usally ship products within 1 or 2 business days. On occasion, we may be out of stock on some items. If this is the case, we immediately place an order with our suppliers / distributors for the product. We usually get the product to our warehouse within 2 or 3 business days. Shipment to the customer is then completed the very next day. If there are any delays longer than 5 days, an e-mail will be sent to the customer updating them on the situation.

 

We do ask that if you need a product quickly, please enter a note when you place your order in the notes section, and be sure to leave your home and cell number so we can reach you. It would also be wise to contact us at 877-844-8823 to make sure we are aware of the rush. If you order a product that we don't have in stock, we can have it dropshipped directly from our distributor for a flat $15.00 dropship fee that our distributor charges. This dropship fee only covers the dropshipment, not the shipping costs.

 

Customer responsiblity: It is expected that the customer will understand that these items ship via UPS ground, from Indiana, and this can take up to 5 days to some parts of the country (in some places even 6 days). Please don't order a product on Monday evening and expect it by Thursday morning if you are in California, Oregon, or on the West Coast. Please understand that we do make every effort to get products shipped out as quickly as possible, but we can't control the speed that UPS will deliver these products when shipped UPS ground.

 

 

If a customer cancels an order after the item has shipped, we can do a UPS Redirect to try to get them to catch the package and get it shipped back to us. If this is required, customer will be responsible for a $15.00 redirect charge, and this will be deducted from the customers refund amount. If the redirect doesn't work (sometimes it doesn't), and customer receives the shipment, they will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground.  On occasion, on certain products, we may ship via USPS Priority mail.  Typically, UPS driver pickup is Monday thru Friday at 1:00pm EST. Unless products are dropshipped from our distributor (they charge us a $15.00 dropship fee), all products ship from our warehouse in Elkhart, Indiana 46514.
