Product Returns

Unopened and Unused Products:

PremiumPowerSports.com is dedicated to customer service and your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a full refund or exchange for unopened and unused products for one full year (365 days) after date of purchase. Please call 1-877-844-8823 toll free from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time or e-mail us at sales@premiumpowersports.com to obtain a RMA return number and we will cover the shipping cost for you to return the item. The following guidelines must be met when returning unopened product:

  • You must contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization)code before shipping the unopened.
  • Write your RMA number on a sheet of white paper and tape it to the package along with your name. DO NOT write RMA number on the box itself.
  • Please use a reliable shipping method that can be tracked - UPS recommended.
  • Please insure the shipment for the full amount of the product purchase price
  • Items recieved without an RMA number will be returned to Sender
Opened/Unused/Undamaged Product:

Opened, unused and undamaged products may be returned within 20 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met when returning returning opened/undamaged product:

  • You must contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) code before shipping.
  • Write your RMA number on a sheet of white paper and tape it to the package, along with your name. DO NOT write RMA number on the box itself.
  • PremiumPowerSports.com cannot cover the shipping expenses for opened/unused/undamaged product returns.
  • Please use a reliable shipping method that can be tracked - UPS recommended.
  • Please insure the shipment for the full amount of the product purchase price
  • Items recieved without an RMA number will be returned to Sender
  • A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all opened product returns
  • The actual shipping charges we paid (if free shipping on item) will be deducted from the total price as well.
Damaged Product:
If a product arrives damaged or D.O.A. please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of the return shipping, and may have the item picked up by the shipping company. Alternatively, we may have you ship the product back to us, but we will re-imburse your return shipping costs.
