Can I get my Tracking Number? Please click here to
e-mail request for tracking number and send the OrderID (5 digits), Name, Phone and E-mail address to us. The shipping dept. will e-mail the tracking number ASAP.
How soon after I place my order is my item shipped? Orders placed before 1:00pm M-F are usually shipped the same day. Orders after 1:00pm typically ship within 24 hours, but 48 hours Maximum, guaranteed. The shipping department ships Monday - Friday, 8:00am thru 3:00pm EST excluding holidays.

Do you have any locations near me? Sorry, we do not have any retail walk in locations.
Will you ship overseas? Sorry, but No, we only ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Can I just order a Bladder or Cover for my tube? Yes, we do sell replacement bladders and covers for Sportsstuff and Airhead towables. Please
e-mail for a bladder or cover price and be sure to include your name, phone, tube model number and e-mail. Our sales department will contact you directly to arrange payment and get your replacement on order.
The items said free shipping, why was I charged shipping? Not all items on our site have free shipping. You may have 1 item in your cart that does not have free shipping, and that is the reason for the shipping charges. If you are sure that all items were free shipping,
