48 Hour Shipping Guarantee

"48-Hour Shipping Guarantee" means we will finish processing your order and have the order shipped within 48 hours or even faster after you've submitted your order online or over the phone. (Most shipments will be shipped within 24 hours) If we don’t ship out your order within 48 hours of your purchase, then you will be credited back to your account 5% of the total sale before any shipping charges. However, this only applies to regular business hours. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will not ship out until the next business day; the same applies to holidays. This does not mean that you will receive your order within 48 hours, this means that the order will ship out of our location within 48 hours of receiving the order. If an item is out of stock we will send you an email to notify you of this within the same 48 hours.
